Product: HP Color Laserjet MFP M577
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have several of these printers on our network. Randomly, these printers are going offline. Out of the blue, the user will complain that the printer shows offline when they try to print to it. The only solution I've found is to remove and reinstall the printer. However, it eventually happens again. Some people have suggested that I check the power settings on the printer. I've gone into the energy settings and disabled sleep, however the issue still persists. As far as I can tell, this is only occurring on this specific model printer.
