Recently starting receiving incompatible printer cartridge errors - only use HP cartridges and haven't changed recently.  I've gone through several trouble shooting processes including removing carts, powering off printer and switching to direct power outlet connection instead of surge protector.  Now I'm getting cartridges in the wrong slot error - they are in the correct ones.

What's going on with my printer?  is there anyway to just suppress these false error messages - happens more than 50% of the time now -  if I hit ok it cancels the print job and takes the printer offline...
