Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M452dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

 

My HP Color LaserJet Pro M452dn will suddenly not print from my Windows 10 HP laptop.  The printer driver is installed, everything is connnected, and yet, no printing.  I can print from the Internet, but cannot print from Microsoft Office 2013.  No changes have been made to configuration or connections, but this morning when I tried to print, nothing.  The printer says ready, the job gets sent, and it disappears from the print queue.  I can't even print a test page.  I'm in a classroom and I can print from any other computer in the room, but not from the laptop.  What's the deal?  I've only had the printer for about a month.  It has paper, cartridges are fine.  Any help would be appreciated!
