Product: HP Officejet 6500 Wireless
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer won't print anything but test pages and it will not copy from the glass. The pages are blank.  It has all new ink cartridges but this started prior to the new ink installation.  I have updated drivers and I do not print wireless.  I have turned off the metered connection, restarted my computer, done all of the troubleshooting that I can find.  It shows on the computer that the printer is working correctly but still only blank pages.  The colors & alignment are all good on test pages.
