Very quick background. I had a HP laptop with windows for years and it was perfect. I have had my outlook email for 12 years. I wanted to upgrade to Outlook 2019. When I did I had alot of problems downloading things. I called HP and Microsoft numerous times and allowed them to take over the computer. Shortly after it crashed along with years of documents etc i cant retrieve. Bought a new HP with windows. Still couldn't get things right. Let numerous HP and Microsoft get on the computer and like everyone else they all said something different and made my new computer worse. At one point the Microsoft support agent was trying to move my emails to the 2019 app. She lost over 15,000 that i have never been able to recover and needed for court case. After the new computer was destroyed I bought a Acer Chromebook. I upgraded my Microsoft account. Only to find Microsoft is no longer allowing the full Outlook app unless you have their products so it cant be on Chromebook. I was LIVID. So now I have a HP wireless printer that i love but since my new computer its been having problems. So I go to HP smart and what do i find all the drivers, all the diagnostics etc require Windows. So I bought a HP printer. Not a WINDOWS printer. How is HP going to try to force their customers to use the products they want us to use. So i am clueless about how to figure out why my printer kicks off the Wi-fi and the when I try to manually reconnect my network doesnt show. I have spent hours at this and called dozens of HP support. They are clueless. Does anyone have a thought. I already lost my email of 12 years i don't want to or have the money to return this printer. These companies are disgusting.
