HP Recommended

I got a new Acer computer, and I've been having hella trouble get the scan to computer working on my new computer, although it has worked just fine on my old computer.  In any case, somehow in renetworking the printer, suddenly a lot of the available settings in the setup area are now locked.  I was able to do a factory reset, and I figured that this would get my printer unlocked, but it didn't.  But the reset did disconnect my printer from the internet, and I cannot reconnect because one of the locked settings is the networking tools needed to reconnect the printer to the internet.  HELP PLEASE!!!
