HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet 7610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer can't recognize the A3 size on the printer.

 

I've tried different drivers such as HP Officejet 7610 Series Class driver, the HP driver from the website and even HP Universal Printing. The HP Universal Printing can recognize A3 but it can't process the data to send to the printer.
My computer is running Windows 10 64-bit, it is up-to-date. I've tried options from other posts:
