HP Recommended
Product: HP Designjet T520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On its screen it says that the paper format in which the plot is sent is not compatable with the loaded paper format.  For example: '' Paper missmach.  The sent plot needs to be plotted at 840mm but 960mm format is loaded.' In fact the loaded papers size is of coarse a roll of 841mm x45.7m.  I have been in touch with HP support a number of times about this issue but still there is no lasting solution that has been found.  The driver that has been installed is for a 36inch printer.  Can this have some bearing on this ongoing problem?
