Product: Envy 6452e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got the printer set up on my wireless system and it shows the icon on the printer showing it is connected. I successfully added the printer and driver to each of 3 computers using Windows 10.

However, most times it shows as "offline" when attempting to print from any of the computers. The only successful printing I have really been able to do is through the app, which only supports pdf files or Apple AirPrint from my phone. School assignments on Word or Google docs all get the "offline" notice when trying to access the printer.

This is getting beyond frustrating. Any options other than removing and reloading the drivers?
