Product: HP Officejet pro 8600 premium

I have an HP Officejet pro 8600 premium. I've been trying to print some images in jpg format first from a flash drive, then from a memory card stick. Both times I was unable to see the files on the screen.

When I insert the flash drive it says "No images files found in memory card, " and when I try with the memory card stick it says "Please remove memory card."

 

Can anyone please help me out, please? I can't print in other ways, I'm just able to use the memory/flash drive slots. Anything will help, thank you.
