HP Recommended
Product: hp deskjet 2135 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer head moving abnormally and hits the right side very hard 2 times.

I have reset my printer many times but nothing happens.

Printer not working and all three lights blinks(page refill,colour ink and black ink),and whenever i start it or press any of the button then print head hits on right side again.

Whats the reason please help me to red rid of this problem.
