I do not get an error message, I have taken the printer offline and it is no longer connected to the internet.  I have been trying to print a cleaning page, cleaning the rollers as per the manual and then print a test page from the screen.  Always it prints solid black.

 

When it is online I have both PC and Mac that use the printer.
