HP Recommended
X451dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We operate 7 days a week.

Our Officejet Pro X451dn printer has gone permanently busy.  We think it's a software or firmware issue and we need HELP.  We called HP and were told HP doesn't work on the weekends and to call back on Monday.  We contacted HP CHAT and were told the same thing.  Thanks for being there when we need you HP!

This printer stays busy, even after being unplugged and replugged.  It generates no error messages.  HPPSD just tells us to unplug and plug which we've done repeatedly.

Maybe there is a print job stuck in the priner.  We know from experience that there are certain documents that will cause the printer to 'die' but always before it came back after a power up.

How do you clear out the printer's internal storage?

How do you reload the printer's firmware if it's damaged?

Does anyone know of a reliable support organization for HP printers that answers the phone 24/7?

Thanks,
