Product: HP Digital Sender Flow 8500 fn1 Document Capture Workstation
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Purchased a Digital Sender Flow 8500 fn1 and I need to do a factory reset if that is possible. 

Also, I purchased a separate Digital Sender Flow 8500 fn1 which has a smart card reader - is there anyway to get around having to use a smart card or to make one?
