Product: HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M28a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello and Merry Christmas, I have updated the firmware of HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M28a and after that I can not use my printer. No communication.

I can not even get the HP tool to correct the situation. I think the firmware updated is the problem. Can I make a factory reset 

for my printer. Thank you
