Product: ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My mom just sent over her printer here in my place. It was originally from EU which uses cartridge number 301. The printer says "Incompatible Cartridge" because I just installed the 61 cartridge which is the local cartridge available here in my country. My printer is out of warranty and I just want to change the region so that I can use the 61 cartridge.
