HP Recommended
HP M479fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When trying to san to a network folder directly from the touch panel, we will often get the error "Unable to connect to the network. Check the network and then try again." midway through scanning. It occurs at a different page each time.

When scanning through a desktop app it has no issues and will scan the whole document without fail.

Also when scanning through USB connection directly to the computer or shared folder, it also has no issues.

What is the problem here as there appears there should be no problem.

Tried all the troubleshooting guides, uninstall, reinstall etc etc so please spare me the standard responses.

Running the HP Scan doctor does nothing. In fact it throws up an error if I don't load paper into Tray 1. No idea why it does this when i am trying to troubleshoot scanning.

This is a brand new printer/scanner so I would like it to work!

TIA
