Hi together,
back in October I for the first time replaced the toner cartridge that came with the printer with an original HP cartridge.
After printing only 48 pages with little text I have only 80% of the toner left and only 200 pages remaining.
How can this be?
In the EWS I get the following information:

 

Black Cartridge
Order 44A (CF244A)   80% *      
Status: Normal
Approximate Pages Remaining *: 200
Pages Printed With This Supply *: 48
Serial Number: 0100731***-9K18
First Install Date: 20211005
Last Used Date: Not Available

 

It should be good for at least 1000 pages.
Somehow it seems that the printer is still calculating with the capacity of cartridge that was delivered together with the printer as these cartridges have reduced capacity.
Is there a way to correct the calculation?
