Product: 2011 OfficeJet Pro 8100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The problem showed up when I connected new Modem and Router from Spectrum. Now I have no wireless connection between computer and printer. Print job goes to que, but stuck there.
The product is a 2011 HP Officejet Pro 8100 and has performed well since 2012.
My computer is a Dell laptop.
I have internet, email, and WiFi.
My Smart TV works fine.
I have asked Spectrum for technical help. So far nothing seems to work.
I am 80+ years old and sometimes a little slow.
