Product: Officejet 8620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is my LAST HP printer.  I have a full XL black printer cartridge but cannot print using black color only anymore because my blue ink cartridge is now depleted.  I shouldn't be forced to go buy a blue ink cartridge if I don't need it at this moment.  I have an Officejet 8620.  I am purchasing a different brand next time.  I am beyond frustrated by this configuration.  Mind you, my previous Officejet simply used whatever ink was available until they were all gone.  Imagine THAT!
