Hello, 

 

My printer has recently stopped printing in colour and will only print in greyscale.  I have tried everything that I can from this website.  

  1. I have uninstalled / reinstalled
  2. I have looked for a 'grey scale' tool but I do not have one
  3. I have checked for updates 

I have attached some photos which show that there is no grey scale option to turn on or off.  

 

I work from home and this is really starting to cause issues.  Please help
