My wife and daughter just changed over to new i-phones.  I suspect by doing so, they changed the printer's ability to communicate.  I can't get the printer to print.  (Which it formerly did.) The printer reads out that it is "Unable to connect to the network."  The computer shows a print job in the queue.  Up until this new change, I was able to print using my Chromebook.  Now I can't.  I have hand entered names and passwords.  The Chromebook seems to recognize the router, but the printer doesn't.  The printer offers no option for AES/TKIP encryption, just WPS,  and under the Settings rubric, under 'No filtering,' the diagnostic results reads 'FAIL.'  What's the story?
