Samsung CLX-4195FW
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi out there, I have a Samsung CLX-4195FW printer, 5 years old and not even printed 10,000 sheets yet and now has a "recalibrate" error displaying on the LCD screen and then it shuts off before I can press anything. Of course, I've searched YT and only found videos of users with the same problem but without a resolve. I recently found a little 'trap door' (still taped up from the day is was purchased) and found what I'd describe as a memory/motherboard. Now are there any experts out there who can either guide or confirm that this is where my problem lies and it needs replacing or, the CR2032 lithium 3v battery I also noticed there??? ANY help would be greatly appreciated as it's frustrating that I can't find someone to actually talk to.  Hope someone out there can help. Many thanks and Cheers.  PXB007
