Hello,


I turn on the printer and it says "initializing," it does this for 10-15 minutes (sometimes longer). Then when it is done initializing it reads, "Hewlett Packard >>" and this remains on the screen for 10-15 minutes(Sometimes longer). Take note, this happens every day, every hour.

If the screen does not clear itself and goes back to normal, I will turn the printer on and off again or hard reset. Afterward, it either prints the paper, forgets the document or continues to initialize.

I am totally clueless and have no idea what to do. Has anyone else come across this difficulty?
