Hello,

 

The scan to email function is no longer working. It worked fine for two years. I get an error message that says the username and password do not match.

 

I then tried typing the printer's IP address into my web browner to figure things out that way. But, I do not remember my username or the password. I tried admin, admin, but that didn't work. I received this message:  "The user name and password entered are incorrect. For greater security, the authentication session is locked. Try again later."

So, can you also help me re-set this?

 

I do see that the scan to email function is locked on the admin page.

 

Also, why is the scanner no longer working?
