6L
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Please help me with this 6L internal problem of not being able to print a self-test page.   The Ready light is on and all other lights are off.  When I press Front Panel button or click to print a self-test page on the diagnostic screen of Troubleshooter, all three lights of printer come on in a solid color.

I unplug the power cord to empty the buffer.  I reattach the power cord, and the Ready Light comes on and the other two lights are off.  When I attempt to print a self-test page, the same error occurs of all three lights remaining on.

Please help.

Sincerely,

George.
