HP Recommended
Product: HP LaserJet Pro 400 color MFP M475
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP LaserJet Pro 400 color MFP M475 about 3 yeares old and recently it started20190306_230018.jpg trearing a notch in the top center of each sheet of paper about 13mm (1/2inch) wide

 

I attached is a phopos, any ideas in how to resolve it
