HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I didn't list a model because it can apply to many models. Here are three models that I use:

HP Pagewide Pro 477dn

HP Color Laserjet M553

HP LaserJet MFP M175nw

I have enabled HP ePrint services through HP Connected for all of these printers. I've created customized e-mail addresses for them. But I cannot monitor their ink and toner levels without physically being present or on the network.

These printers are located in North, Central, and Southeastern Alabama, and I don't have the luxury of remoting into a system on each network.

I've tried two HP iPhone apps, but they both require that the iPhone as well as the printer be on the same wireless network.

I've tried looking at SNMPs, but those aren't as simple as they should be.

I've tried making sure I explore all options in HP Connected to ensure I didn't miss ink/toner levels anywhere.

I've tried download HP Web Jetadmin, but it seems like it's built for a dedicated print server.

I've looked at services like Mercari to see if they can monitor business machines regardless of the network that they're on.

These printers are connected to their respective LANs, so they're installed using their IP addresses. But the IP addresses are local to the network (e.g. 192.168.xx.xx).

Please reply with any suggestions you might have to resolve my problem.
