Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have my printer on a wireless network for over 3 years now and in the last 3 months about once every one or two weeks I find the printer with the blue screen showing the error code B83B4F64.  I have followed some base troubleshooting such as doing a factory reset, putting in a static IP and DNS entries in the network configuration but the issue sill persists.  I tried chat on the HP Instant Ink  channel just in case there was an issue with my subscription and the cartridges and that provided no insight of where to look next.
