Product: Office Pro 6868
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Office Pro 6968 connected to my HP Envy.  Up until recently (I think the last Windows update) I could scan and fax in addition to print.  Now, Windows only sees it as a printer.  I have deleted and reinstalled the printer, but no success.  I have the correct WiFi IP and I have both let Windows discover the printer and manually added by IP address.  When I add the printer the software asks for a PIN, which shows up on the printer, which I then enter.  I don't recall doing anything special when I first added the multifunction printer to get a second device added for faxing.  Have I missed a step?
