OfficeJet 7610 Wide Format
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am yet another person with issues setting up an OfficeJet 7610 to print on 11x17 or Tabloid paper.  I purchased this printer for the wide format capabilities.  I have followed the other threads to correct this to no avail.  I already have a Tabloid form installed on my computer, so I do not need to create it.  Even though the form is created, I cannot select it in the printer setup when I try to print a large format document.  I have also tried adding the DeskJet 9800 driver and renaming it.  That worked on one computer, but I cannot see that driver on the other. Both computers are Win 10 Pro x64.  The only difference I see is that my personal laptop (the one that does not see the 9800) is version 21H1/OS build 19043.1348 and the one that does see the 9800 (my work computer) is version 20H2/OS build 19042.1348.  Is there any real resolution to this? Is there another driver I can use that is installed on modern operating systems?
