HP OfficeJet 250
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My second time asking.  Searched the forum but can't find my first posting.  Got an answer by email from sandytechy20(HP Support Agent) that didn't fix the problem.

Here's the problem.  I have a picture in Microsoft Word that is laid out in landscape orientation.  When I print to a laser printer or Officejet 8600, it prints the whole thing just fine.  When I print to the Officejet 250, the print is about 50% too big.  So it cuts off the right hand portion of the picture, and about half the bottom of the picture.

I followed the steps from sandytechy20(HP Support Agent):

  1.  update the printer firmware (it was already updated)

  2.  in Programs and Features, uninstall the HP printer.  NOT DONE, as it was not listed.  Is this the problem?  Where do I find it?

  3.  In Devices and Printers, Remove the printer.  Done.

  4.  Removed the driver and driver package after running printui.exe/s.  Done

  5.  Restarted PC.  Downloaded printer full feature driver.  This seems to be HP Smart, which I already have.

  6.  Printed the Word file again, but the problem persists.

I can't reply to sandytechy20's email.  Sent from a noreply email.

Don't know what else to try.

I can send a pdf scan of the good and bad printing or the Word file to anyone who might have an idea of how to fix this.  Otherwise the printer may have to be returned.
