Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times now my new printer. I am not able to hard wire the network b/c the router is too far. But as soon as tech support loads everything and asks me to test it out to scan (I like to scan direct from the printer screen), it works exactly as advertised. The issue that I've been told is the problem is that my wireless connection drops at some point throughout the day. I've removed sleep mode from my pc and the network is more than fine. in 21 months of working from home, I've had 1 network drop during this time. I specifically invested in a whole home, mesh network system to avoid these issues and it works great. So it's not the network itself. Does anyone have a suggestion that might resolve this from happening all the D*** time?

Thank you!
