I am having issues like Niron was.  I have done everything like cleaning/aligning printheads, checking for clogged ink cartridges etc.  I also bought a set of non-instant ink cartridges and the same thing happens.  Supposedly when I talked to the sales people--this printer could almost print a ream of paper with almost 1.5 sets of cartridges (NOPE), I have only printed three pictures on this thing and all three came out crappy--can't even display them. The below pictures are supposed to be black and white photos.   This printer sucks and I wish I had my K550 back.Capture1.PNG12.jpg
