OfficeJet Pro 9025 (all-in-one)
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have blinking lights and error code: b305dff9. I have attempted to update the firmware (computer will not recognize printer to update), tried all power off methods (unplug for hours etc.) and error message appears as soon as plugged back in. Nothing works. Am I to a point where I need to buy a new printer (and different company printer?) Printer is 15 months old.
