Officejet pro 8630 - Need to change wireless network - admin locked, need unlocked

Operating System: MacOS 10.14 Mojave

i need to change my wireless network connection to my Officejet pro 8630 - based on suggestions, I am trying to change my wireless connection or restore my printer back to the original factory default settings (including the network configuration settings as well). Every time I go into my printer setup, I cant' access the WIRELESS SETUP WIZARD or RESTORE NETWORKS DEFAULTS - it instead prompts me with the following message:

 

“The feature has been locked by your administrator or the person who set up the printer”. ( problem caused by a network problem and I was looking for solutions in the printer earlier when got disconnected)  

 

I'm stuck - please help!
