Officejet x576DW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello..  My x576DW Officejet printer scanner and ADF have stopped functioning and trying to determine if it is a firmware issue or mechanical issue.  If I put a piece of paper in the ADF or laying flat on the scanner glass and select copy or scan to on the touchscreen, they will sit and the display screen has the spinning circle with "Starting Copy..." displayed with no action on the scanner or ADF.  The ADF is detecting the paper as the touch screen reacts with a message that it detected paper inserted.   I have tried a factory reset from the settings with no actions.  Any ideas to try?  or is the scanner and ADF unrecoverable?
