HP Recommended
Product: Officejet PRO X576dw MVP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Printer show Printhead missing/error - Error Code 0Xc6fd0023.

Have tried to turn printer off and wait 60 sec before connection power again - don't help.

Tried to run HP Print and Scan Doctor (5.6.3)  - Scan doctor can't finish - and program stop just before finish.

 

Please can somebody help me ?
