HP Recommended
Product: HP envy 4520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

For some time now, my HP envy 4520 will only print by emailing documents to the printer. Printing from a word document or from the HP app doesn't work. I've run the diagnostics in the HP app but it does not print the test page.


Hope someone can help!
