Product: HP DesignJet T2500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP DesignJet T2500 large format color printer/scanner that will not print due to an error message stating that the cartridges are expired. The cartridges are half-to-mostly full, and the toner is not compromised; the printer is in a controlled environment. We can print anything that is still in the job queue, but cannot add any new prints without getting the error.
I see no way to acknowledge or bypass the error without actually changing out the cartridges. I tried pulling and reinserting the expired ones, but same result.
Any suggestions to bypass the error?
