Product: P77740z ac

Hi,

 

We have a P77740z ac that keeps on repeating errorcodes 61.b5.13 and 17.31.65 in its eventlog.

It has now seized working all togeather.

 

This printer is in a remote location and is not wery easy to get to so i have not had the chance to tuch it myselfe.

 

It is near end of contract and it heading back to base in about 14 days so im looking for a way to work around this so that it might work until it is shiped back to base.

 

Any tips on what my users on site could try to fix this error?
