Product: HP DESIGNJET T120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

My printer HP Design jet T120 persistently shows a message of PAPER MISMATCH and does not print the document or drawing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer on my laptop twice but I am unable to solve the problem. The engineer from authorised service centre of HP has also failed to solve the problem.

Can I have some advice on the problem and also a solution that will resolve the problem.
