notebook had major problems in the past 2 years and come to find out with Apples eng dept on why iTunes would not work Apple found out that SP1 was missing in my operating system.  Never installed.   So i worked with microsoft and had to reinstall a clean install of win 7 pro 64 bit.

I did contact HP and they send be a USB stick with Os on it but it would not work. So MS and i reinstalled OS and then i went to HP site to DL all drivers and software.

In the beginning My print function went to a PDF file no problem as i do not have a working printer, print to file will not allow me to check box. Since install i now have no PDF print to file and still have no printer.

Laptop had nice features installed with HP offic compiuter now its all gone.  So i think thats the part were pdf maybe was not anymore. went to pdf site instruction wont work as i dont own PDF so it must have been a piece of your software that is missing.

Can i get help with this problem???????????????????
