Product: OFFICEJET PRO 8028
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just installed a new blue ink cartridge received from my hp page subscription and there's no blue ink color coming out on my print. I tried reinstalling it, but i continue to have the problem. The ink contact in the surface is wet and not dry so i dont know what the problem is or how to troubleshoot it.
