Product: hp MFP M476dw

Hi

 

My  HP colour LaserJet Pro color MFP M476dw is printing randomly without any print order and printing some symbols etc as one line or two on each page and continues untill all paper in tray is finished even if i load more it can continue forever. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing but it continues. Also its making a screeching noise now, as though it needs lubricating somewhere...i am using all the correct cartridges. I presume this could be a hardware problem? Not a good day at the office today, haha. Im using windows on the laptop and pc.

 

I need identification of the problem and step by step solution please.
