Product: PageWide Pro 577dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is cyan ink dripping onto tray 2.  The cartridge was replace and it did not fix the issue.  I looked inside above tray 2 and there is ink all over the underside of the printer, like a seal came off.  This printer should have lasted a lot longer than it did.  HP Pagewide Pro 577DW.  Unit is out of original warranty as it was purchased around Nov/DEC of 2017.
