HP Pagewide 377dw

Our HP Pagewide 377dw is not printing black ink. However, contrary to other posts with this problem, there aren't streaks or small vertical lines. Rather there is one vertical bar with absolutely NO black ink and the other parts of the page print perfectly. On the print quality report, this vertical bar aligns perfectly with "section 5" markers at the bottom of the page.

We have done printhead cleanings, we are using HP cartridges, and we followed steps in other forum posts re cleaning waste ink and manually cleaning printhead. Has anyone else had such a perfectly delineated bar of black that doesn't print? Could this be an issue other than clogged printhead?

We are past warranty, and other posters have noted that certified service is very costly and hard to find. Was hoping others may have ideas before we scrap a very expensive printer that otherwise works great!IMG_20200519_092807837.jpg
