Product: Pagewide 377dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have 2 HP Pagewide MFP 377dw with the same problem.

Printers have a static IP address and i use the "Scan to pc" function.

 

If i download and install the original software (https://support.hp.com/it-it/drivers/selfservice/hp-pagewide-377-multifunction-printer-series/887896...)  i get error:

Now I can only print (only colors and single page), but i can't start a scan from pc and i can't start a scan from printer.

 

Here the control panel (i'm trying with the first printer):

I use Windows 10, last update and last update of printers firmware.
