Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Haven't used the printer in a few days, went to print something I needed immediately, and printer does not respond.  It is on and is awake.  HP Print and Scan Doctor was run and was able to successfully print an internal test page, but still no print from the computer.  Print Doctor then says there is a software problem that cannot be rectified (about the second or third time since I bought this printer).  Uninstalled the HP print software completely, and upon reinstallation, I get a notice that the installation cannot be completed.

Getting really tired of managing this.
