Has anyone ever encountered this problem?
one week ago I could print from my MacBook without any problems, now an bluescreen appears on the printer's display and stops.

I contacted the technical support, I did some tests, the conclusion was that the motherboard needs to be replaced. A technician was sent to my house to replace the platinum. This technician (not very skilled) and I did some tests. From his laptop (HP with Windows) it went to print, from the Paralles application with Windows 10 on my MacBook it went, the conclusion was that after an update of macOS (11.4) it no longer goes to print. However, the technician wanted to change the motherboard, then told me that he did not receive the necessary motherboard (: and did not replace it. I stayed no less than 10 hours to save everything in the MacBook, to reinstall macOS to version 11.3.1, which is 3 weeks older. The problem persists.
